箱體結構：
1)本設備由室體、加熱系統、電氣控制系統、送風系統、保護系統等組成。
2)箱體采用先進設備制作、業內領xian工藝制造流程、線條流暢，美觀大方。
3)工作室材質為不銹鋼SUS304材質，外箱材質為優質冷軋鋼板，產品外殼采用環保金屬漆噴制，整體設計美觀大方，適合高端實驗室的顏色搭配。
4)工作室內擱架可隨用戶的要求任意調節高度以及擱架的數量。
5)工作室與外箱之間的保溫材料為優質超細玻璃纖維保溫棉，保溫層厚度：＞70mm, 隔溫效果好，國內首chuang，高性能的絕緣結構。從里到外有內腔、內殼、超細玻璃纖維、鋁制反射鋁箔片、空氣夾層，內膽熱量損失少。內膽外箱及門膽結構獨特，極大減少了內腔熱量的外傳。
6)門與門框之間采用高性能密封材料及獨特的橡膠密封結構，密封、耐高溫性、抗老化性好。
7)箱內風道采用雙循環系統，不銹鋼多翼式離心風輪及循環風道組成，置于箱體背部的電加熱器熱量通過側面風道向前排出，經過干燥物后再被背部的離心風輪吸入，形成合理的風道，能使熱空氣充分對流，使箱內溫度最大限度達到均勻。提高了空氣流量加熱的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的溫度均勻性。
8)加熱器用不銹鋼電加熱管，升溫快，壽命長。

溫度測控系統：

采用韓國進口液晶顯示控制器（目前市場上性價比**的儀表），產品采用綜合的電磁兼容設計和人性化的菜單設計，使得設備操作完全傻瓜化，控溫效果。高亮度寬視窗液晶顯示，示值清晰、直觀。微電腦智能控制。設定溫度和時間后，儀表自行控制加熱功率，并顯示加熱狀態，控溫精確而穩定。超溫報警并自動切斷加熱電源。
