表達區間及表達系統（Source）	Mouse Galectin 3 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Ala2-Ile264.[Accession \| P16110]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 28.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 43-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
內毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
活性（Activity）	SPR Data: Mouse Galectin-3, His Tag immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Mouse LGALS3BP, His Tag with an affinity constant of 17.56 nM as determined in SPR assay .
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS, 300mM L-arginine (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重構方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

儲存條件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
