一、系統(tǒng)組成
1.氣動(dòng)發(fā)射裝置：動(dòng)力源為空氣，需要一個(gè)儲氣裝置來儲存空氣調(diào)節(jié)壓力，通過調(diào)節(jié)空氣壓力變化來調(diào)節(jié)發(fā)射管中冰球發(fā)射速度變化。氣動(dòng)發(fā)射裝置需要硬件配合，包括高壓氣源、調(diào)壓設(shè)備（調(diào)壓閥和氣缸）、氣管和電磁閥。

2.機(jī)械移動(dòng)裝置：微機(jī)控制機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置來改變槍管移動(dòng)位置，用紅外線定點(diǎn)來做瞄準(zhǔn)。其中機(jī)械移動(dòng)使用步進(jìn)電機(jī)傳動(dòng)方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)，步進(jìn)電機(jī)具有定位快速、準(zhǔn)確的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，能在極短時(shí)間內(nèi)完成定位要求，定位精度小于1mm，實(shí)驗(yàn)累計(jì)誤差小于5mm，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所要求的指定位置偏差不大于10mm的要求，保證實(shí)驗(yàn)的可靠性。

3.樣品固定架：根據(jù)樣品尺寸來設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械移動(dòng)裝置和樣品固定架。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸2000*1350（L*H），能覆蓋2000*1350尺寸內(nèi)被測組件的有效面。

4.速度測試裝置：架于發(fā)射管之前，兩個(gè)光電傳感器中間距離50cm，用v=s/t來得到速度，實(shí)時(shí)顯示，等下一次樣品測速時(shí)改變。速度測試裝置包括檢測傳感器、高速響應(yīng)模塊和軟件模塊三部分。系統(tǒng)采用性能穩(wěn)定的光電傳感器和可編程控制器來實(shí)現(xiàn)，并提供HMI人機(jī)界面做為操作終端，配合外接打印機(jī)形成實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表。

二、工作原理
空壓機(jī)將空氣壓縮至儲氣罐，外接壓力表及25mm內(nèi)徑的槍管，連接處安裝一氣閥，由大電磁閥控制開啟。
槍管前端安裝光電測速裝置。調(diào)節(jié)壓力表，使冰球達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的沖擊速度。
制作內(nèi)徑25mm的冰球模具。將制成的冰球置于槍管內(nèi)，開啟電磁閥，壓縮空氣推動(dòng)冰球以23m/s的速度撞擊光伏組件。組件受試點(diǎn)經(jīng)冰球撞擊后，經(jīng)外觀檢查、最大功率測試、絕緣電阻測試后，判別組件質(zhì)量是否合格。

三、分項(xiàng)介紹
1．冰球模具：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直徑為25mm。
可以根據(jù)用戶需求提供一模多穴或一模一穴的冰球模具，配合實(shí)驗(yàn)室其他設(shè)備，如高低溫實(shí)驗(yàn)箱制做冰球。

2．電氣控制：微機(jī)控制步進(jìn)驅(qū)動(dòng)器和發(fā)射裝置，實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)反饋回控制器，人機(jī)界面做為操作終端，配合外接打印機(jī)形成實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表。

五、主要特點(diǎn)
BR-PV-HT冰雹撞擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)，參照IEC 61215-2:2016等相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條款設(shè)計(jì)制造，用于驗(yàn)證組件抗冰雹撞擊的能力。人工制作的冰球用于模擬冰雹，并以恒速撞擊組件，模擬冰雹氣候?qū)M件的影響。

The 11 points before and after ice impact, through EL equipment inspection crack, because cannot pass through visual inspection method.
