Human CD160 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gly25-Leu158.[Accession | O95971-1]

分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 41.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.

> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE and HPLC

活性（Activity）

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human HVEM, His Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human CD160, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.93μg/ml determined by ELISA. 

制劑（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

重構方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100

μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
