Biotinylated Human IFN alpha/beta R1 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Lys28-Lys436.[Accession | P17181-1]

分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 50.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-100 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

內毒素（Endotoxin）

Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.

純度（Purity）

> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE and HPLC

活性（Activity）

ELISA Data: Immobilized Anti-IFNAR1 Antibody, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human IFNAR1, His Tag with the EC50 of 1.7ng/ml determined by ELISA.  

制劑（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

重構方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
